A Trio of Flavours

Choose from our three menus that offer a range of price options and food styles, including some extra special items.
All menu’s are complemented by a 7-hour drinks package of house still and sparkling wines, beers
and non-alcoholic choices. Spirits can be added at an extra per-head price.

Kiwi Menu

$165 pp including 7-hour drinks package

Three courses of familiar favourites with a gourmet twist. Choices such as roast chicken with sage and onion stuffing, pulled pork, baby potatoes and pasta salad are all on the menu. Then feast your eyes on a dessert grazing table.

Cocktail Hour

Grazing table including cured meats, cheese, fruits, freshly baked breads, crispy homemade tortilla chips seasoned with spice salt, crudités – raw carrot, cucumber, red pepper, celery sticks and served with a range of chutneys and dips.

On the Table – Daily bread selection with whipped butter, olive oil and balsamic

Starters

Choose 2 served as an alternate drop
Terakihi sliders – Pan-fried Terakihi fillets, dressed watercress, and lemon and caper mayonnaise in soft milk buns (2)
TFC sliders – Crispy herb and spice-crusted chicken, tomato, and lettuce, with mini mac sauce in milk buns (2).
Sesame salt and pepper squid – Crispy squid marinated in lemon and herbs, dusted in seasoned. sesame seeded flour and fried to golden, served with Asian pickled vegetables and miso mayonnaise
Satay chicken – Grilled satay chicken skewers, traditional satay sauce, noodle salad with aromatic herbs
BBQ beef skewers – BBQ spice marinated beef skewers grilled, and served with Tui hills BBQ sauce and summer potato salad

Mains

Choose 2 served as an alternate drop
Braised lamb shoulder – Boneless tender braised lamb shoulder, with buttered root vegetables, crushed new potatoes with mint and peas, and red wine sauce
Roast chicken breast – Roast chicken breast with sage and onion stuffing, roast butternut squash, steamed green beans, bread sauce and roast chicken gravy
Crispy pork belly – Slow roast crispy-skinned tender pork belly, steamed summer vegetables, creamy garlic mash, apple sauce, and a light pork gravy
Market fish – Fresh fillets of oven-baked white fish with parsnip puree and buttered greens, finished with a herb butter sauce and fresh lemon
Summer vegetable risotto – Creamy green risotto with asparagus, peas, green beans and spinach finished with mascarpone cheese and parmesan

Served with mains – Crisp roast potatoes / Gourmet potato salad AND Fresh seasonal green salad / Herb roasted vegetables

Country terrine – Freedom farms ham hock terrine, pickled seasonal vegetables, soft herb salad, grain mustard, crispy sourdough toast
Ceviche – Terakihi ceviche marinated in lemon and lime with apple, ginger, coriander and coconut, fresh tortilla crisps
Prawn cocktail – Citrus and herb poached prawns, creamy avocado, cherry tomato, butter lettuce, fresh lime, Marie rose sauce
Tomato salad – Heritage tomato, mozzarella, olive and basil salad with crispy croutons and balsamic dressing

Mains

Choose 3 mains for your guests to order from, or select 2 BBQ shared-plate options
Roast chicken galantine – Tender boneless rolled whole chicken with an olive, pistachio and pink peppercorn stuffing, ratatouille, asparagus, baby carrots, red wine jus and basil oil
Pan roast duck breast – Honey and lavender roast duck breast, orange supremes, buttered summer greens, braised puy lentils lightly spiced red wine sauce
Citrus glazed salmon – Citrus glazed salmon, crispy skin, pickled vegetable ribbons, kumara and coriander puree, white wine velouté sauce
Freedom farms pork – Roast pork belly with puffed skin crisps, cauliflower puree, buttered baby vegetables, apple ketchup, cider sauce
Gnocchi – Potato dumplings with asparagus, peas, mushrooms, and zucchini

Our premium options for serious foodies. Spoil yourself and your guests with an indulgent menu including fresh oysters, local cheeses, salmon and mouth-watering desserts. A range of house spirits tops up the standard drinks package.

Te Mana lamb – Sous vide lamb loin with braised shoulder, peas and pea shoots, mint, caramelized shallot, soubise sauce and white wine jus
Freedom Farms pork – Freedom Farms pork belly and fillet, chicharron, noma carrots, pumpkin, hazelnuts, brassicas, light jus
Duck confit – Confit duck leg with half-smoked breast, summer “cassoulet” salad, herbs, and flowers, burnt orange sauce
Venison – Sous vide venison finished in Tui hills BBQ rub, game chips, celeriac puree, apple,
braised red cabbage and a plum and red wine sauce

Colourful Kiwi Cuisine

Contemporary cuisine, and kiwi favourites with a gourmet twist – we pride ourselves on serving food that you and your guests will love, using the best local ingredients. That means creating dishes that are a feast for your eyes as well as your stomach. There’s also a range of children’s meals for the tiniest guests, and filling options such as supper platters for the big eaters.

We’re very aware that people are now following a range of diets. Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options come as standard. Other specific requirements can be accommodated on request.
