Moet To a “T”
It’s one of the oldest controversies in the world of wine – should you pronounce the “t” in the name of famous French champagne Moet & Chandon?
At Tui Hills we tell people you’re supposed to pronounce the “t”, even though in French the “t” would be silent.
But don’t take our word for it, Julien Miquel from Wine Knowledge demonstrates in the video above just how to say the name, and why it’s pronounced that way.
You can dazzle your friends with this new-found wine knowledge, or better still enjoy a glass of Moet & Chandon at your Tui Hills wedding. Ask our wedding coordinators about the Moet, Veuve Clicquot and Westbrook/Pelorus bubbles value packages.
