Stylish Hire items
To make your special day that much more special, we have a range of items you can hire. Because they’re on-site, you save on delivery cost and
the time spent arranging a hire from outside suppliers. These are included in the styling package for Classic Plus and concierge weddings.
Handcrafted Wooden Arch
This is a beautifully-crafter piece suitable for the entrance to the Kowhai Glade, the beginning of the aisle and elsewhere
Freestanding, made of two rows of laminated natural wood. 2m wide and 2.5m+ at the highest point. Arch flowers are additional.
Green Wall
This is suitable as a backdrop to the ceremony, for use with the photobooth or neon signs, or as a decoration on its own.
The green wall, made of artificial ivy, is 2 metres by 2 metres. For an extra touch, you can dot flowers amongst the leaves.
Glassware Collection
Add some sparkle to your table decorations with our collection of glassware.
There are scores of individual pieces, including fish bowls, lolly jars, hurricane lamps, square vases, t-light holders and much more. Every item in the set can be used.
Lawn Games
Wondering what to do to keep your guests occupied while you’re away having your photos taken?
These giant-sized games can be played in the Kowhai glade. Noughts & Crosses, Skittles, Giant Jenga, Pick up Sticks and Dominoes are included.
Neon Selection
These LED neon lights say it all. Choose from this selection:
“Mr & Mrs”, in white. 269mm high x 1122mm wide.
Two love hearts linked, in red. 632mm high x 842mm wide.

Selection of Easels
There are always plenty of signs needed around a venue to point guests in the right direction, explain seating plans or provide other information.
Use of up to four easels – two large, one medium and one bar-top size. The package doesn’t include creation of the signs.
Fun Extras
Add some extra fun elements to your wedding day. If you buy the Kokako hire package you can save on
overall hire for a photobooth, love letters, extra neon and Tui Suite bride/groom’s room.
Photobooth + Backdrop
This digital photobooth boasts the latest tech, including white and multi-coloured ring lights so you can achieve just the right look.
The backdrop has wedding (pictured) or gold sides. Props also included. We can even design your photo template.

Giant LED Love Letters
Imported from the USA, at 1.1 metres tall these LED love letters let everybody know what your special day is all about.
There’s a range of four colours for the LED hearts. You can choose to have one favourite, or have them slowly changing throughout the day.
