Style Your Way

Style your wedding with the help of our team, choosing from a palette of inspiring colours.
Start with floral styling and add linen, glassware, vases, and much more.

Choose Your Floral Theme

Select one of these floral themes which showcase the latest trends. Classic Plus and concierge packages include table styling, which has a spectacular effect. For the ultimate in coordination, have our florist create bouquets and other wedding party flowers in the same theme.

Neutral shades in the desert-chic/wanderlust style. Ochres, beige, creams, blush, burgundies, greens. Succulents, proteas, toi tois and dried flowers can be used also.

Elegant and sophisticated. A classic compact-style, vase arrangements or table runners, mostly flowers, with some foliage. Elegant and styled. No trailing – compact styled bouquets.

Bring a huge amount of vibrancy to your wedding with bold pops of colour. Use of brights such as purples, yellow, pink, poppies, gladioli, gerberas, birds of paradise. Mix colour combinations or stick with a more restricted palette.

A colourful, but natural look with an accent on strong reds and burgundies or similar striking blooms, with numerous wild and trailing features. Tumbling tendrils of foliage and long-stemmed flowers add the trailing elements.

A pretty wildflower look, not overly styled and very naturalistic. Use of floral runners and posies, mason jars. Dried flowers can be used. The foraged wild-flower look with use of blooms such as hydrangeas and lots of leafy foliage or grasses.

A mostly lush, green palette. Minimal white or cream flowers or sprays to accent the greens of the foliage. Leafy. Ferns. Vines. Floral runners. Natural beauty lushness, in keeping with the venue’s hanging garden and native bush surrounds.

Extra Touches

Styling the venue goes beyond the floral arrangements. There are plenty of extras you can add, such as vases and other glassware, venue props such as a green wall and arch, flower urns and neons. Most of these are included in the Classic Plus and Concierge packages. Ask your wedding coordinator for details.

Add a little or a lot with extra flowers in the Kowhai Glade. Dress the rotunda or attach flowers to the aisle chairs. Flower urns to mark the entrance come standard with Classic Plus and Concierge packages.

Linen runners and napkins are included in your package (Classic Plus and Concierge) and are available in white, matte black, gloss black, grey, natural/taupe, dark grey and navy blue. Tui Hills tableware is white, with and silver-coloured cutlery as pictured below.

There’s a range of venue-owned vases and candle holders for use on your tables, and glass hurricane lamps you can use in the Nikau Pavilion. We can also add venue tealight candles to your floral table centrepieces.

These handcrafted 12V neons are fixed to high quality clear acrylic. Depending on the closest power-point, signs can be erected on the Green Wall, inside the Nectar Room or you can bring/hire a frame to hang it on. A choice of one is complimentary for Classic Plus and Concierge packages.

Wedding Party Flowers

Choose a myriad of wedding party flower options to add colour and style to your day. With the Concierge package, you can leave it to us to organise for you. Have a look through the options and discuss further with your wedding coordinator.
