Wedding Prices & Packages
Work out how much the basic package will be using the information below. A full summary of your options can be created once you’ve given us some details of the wedding you want. We create a personalised package as an interactive online proposal. You can change the options and guest numbers to get a final figure. Please note also:
– The venue capacity is 100-120 people.
– BYO isn’t available, as the venue’s fully licensed. We can order in your special tipple on request though.
– Dining is provided by our team of talented chefs, and Indian Accent for Indian weddings. No other catering is permitted.
Your Wedding, Your Way
Here’s where you start your wedding journey. Choose the reception menu, then the venue fee based on the day and time of year, to create a Classic wedding where you organise everything.
Then you can add venue styling to create a Classic Plus wedding or have us organise all the main wedding items with a Concierge wedding package.
No matter what type of package you choose, you get all of this in the Venue Fee:
– Exclusive hire of the venue for the 8 hours of the ceremony and reception
– Use of ceremony chairs and other furniture, cutlery, glasses, and crockery
– Staff for service
– Access to the venue for a rehearsal
– 2 planning meetings & online planning system
– Free day-of co-ordinator valued at $2,300
– Use of our in-house music system
– Cutting of the wedding cake
– Set-up and pack-down of all venue items, plus cleaning
Minimum spends apply, made up of venue hire, food, drinks package, and hire items. These range from $5,000 on a weekday in winter (2023/24) to $20,000 on a Saturday in summer (2025/26).
Holiday weekend days (including the day before the holiday) are charged at the Saturday price above. Please note that prices may be subject to change in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We visited the open day to see the new pavilion and realized once we saw the seating in the reception area all done up that we wanted that also. The amazing staff at Tui instantly started the process.
We loved it’s compact size – everything in one place – ceremony, cocktail and reception – but with very defined separation, serene location, and competitive price.
Upgrade Your Day
There are plenty of other options to add. You can include your choices at the time you book, or easier still book first to secure your all-important date and consider extras later.Â
Classic+ Styling – Lose the stress of having to decorate the venue and colour-coordinate your flowers, by having us do it for you. We use real and silk flowers, with extras such as signs, a seed-light curtain, and neons.
Concierge Planning – Have us do the hard work by finding and organising all your vendors, as well as the styling, to make a truly effortless wedding.
Add Fun – Get the party started with a range of hire items to keep your guests, and you, entertained throughout the day – from a digital photo booth to lawn games and giant LED love letters.
Wedding Cost-Savers
If you’re wanting to save on time, money or fuss, we have the options that can work for you – a Compact or Pop-up wedding.
With a compact, you can choose a 5-hour wedding with a ceremony and a reception with a seated meal and plenty of time for speeches. Or you can have just the reception. In both cases, you can select sharing-style, buffet or plated dining from our Silver menus.
If you’d like something shorter and even more affordable, or want a ceremony-only wedding, our 2.5-3.5-hour Pop-up wedding options could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Having the styling package was well worth it! Everything was clean and tidy. Arch in the pavilion was perfect. White flowers just made everything elegant and pop against the Waitakere ranges.
The number of packages on offer was the biggest deal sealer for us financially. It was reassuring to know that throughout the whole day/night everyone would be fed/have drinks and wouldn’t go hungry.
