Choosing your Concierge services and vendors is done with the help of our experienced team who can match you with exactly the right wedding professionals at a price that’s comfortable. As well as match-making you with the vendors you’ll love working with, we take care of booking and payments so you’re not having to pay bills to multiple suppliers.
Styling And Flowers
Assemble your styling package with help from us. Coordinate colours for the ceremony, tables, and wedding party flowers.

Wedding cakes aren’t all created equal. Our cake maker is one of the best, and will create a cake that looks and tastes amazing.
DJ- Live Music
Your guests will dance the night away when you pick one of the top DJs, bands, and soloists we work with and recommend.
We’ll put you in touch with our recommended designers and printers who’ll do an A1 job.
Planning A Classic Wedding
Whilst having a wedding organised for you is a wonderful thing, we also recognise that some people prefer to do the organisation themselves – what we call a Classic wedding.
For those couples, we also provide help along the way with our online wedding planner document which is used to set up a schedule to get tasks completed without last-minute stress.
After the package is finalised, our wedding coordinator will be in touch to start the process. That will include working out the timeline of the day, the seating plan, and details of vendors.
And even without choosing a Concierge wedding, you’re still able to incorporate our hugely popular Classic+ styling package which saves you time and money.

Meet The Team
To make organising your wedding as easy as possible, we use a team approach – employing specialists in systems, venue management, and planning, and then hosting the wedding on the day. Whilst it’s common for those duties to be undertaken by just one person – usually the owner – couples have found they have a better, less stressful experience, knowing they’re working with a team of experts with complementary skills. Here are four of the key people.
Nikki is the person who’ll help you through the process of organising your wedding, making sure you’ve done all you need to in the months leading up to the big day
Assistant Venue Manager
Stephanie, or one of her team members, will be the host of your wedding on the day, running the service and liaising with your MC to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Multi-site Venue Manager
Virginia organises the venue as a whole and makes sure everything is in top condition. She’s also called upon to work out solutions for unusual requests.
With a background in project management, Ruth oversees the systems that make the planning process as easy as possible, with an emphasis on constant improvement.
