Putting New Zealand First
Under the banner “Made of New Zealand” Tui Hills is proud to be at the forefront of supporting local businesses. We encourage other venues to do the same.
In food and beverage, we purchase from seven fantastic local brands:
1. Hallertau – Riverhead. One of the country’s leading craft beer producers with their famous “numbers” branding. Available on tap or in bottles.
2. Lavender Hill – Riverhead. Fantastic lavender and Saffron flavoured gins from Tui Hills’ sister venue.
3. Cake & Co – Ponsonby. Cake maker extraordinaire Jackie King creates on-trend designs which taste every bit as good as they look.
4. Westbrook Winery – Waimauku. An award-winning range of wines from West Auckland. From bubbly methodes to aged port and everything in between.
5. Soho Wines – Waiheke and beyond. One of the country’s top producers, they’ve almost lost count of the awards they’ve racked up. Flavours from vineyards in both the North and South Islands.
6. Foxton Fizz – Foxton. A company that’s been producing the flavours of summer since 1918, including their famous creaming soda. Enjoy the bottled fizz on its own or in our range of alcoholic “Foxtails”.
7. Bethells Beans – Bethells Beach. Roasted near the roar of the ocean, Bethells Beans have a reputation for great coffee and their eco-friendly production practices.
