It provides the exact help for couples who want to avoid the chore of planning every décor detail and the stress of setting up on the day. We’ll shape a cohesive plan that suits the venue and keeps the process simple, so you can enjoy the lead-up rather than manage logistics.
Your stylist guides you through colour palettes, table styling, layout and ceremony details, ensuring the plan works smoothly indoors while integrating outdoor elements where appropriate. You’ll receive a mood board or Pinterest direction plus practical advice on décor placement and transitions. The aim is to remove the stress of decision-making and setup, giving you a coordinated look without the workload.
Kowhai Glade Styling +
Your guests will love how the Kowhai Glade looks with the colour-coordinated silk floral styling available through the venue. It transforms the ceremony space beautifully without the cost of fresh flowers, and the results photograph exceptionally well.
Our team can style the rotunda, aisle and entrance with thoughtful floral touches that elevate the setting. Options include floral plinths, rotunda corners and pillars, aisle or pew markers, welcome-sign florals and elegant draping. The classic green, white and cream base can also be customised with accents from our full range of silk blooms.
If you choose to add our reception styling package as well, coordinating the look across the entire venue becomes effortless.
Stressless Reception Styling
Take the stress out of your wedding morning by adding our reception styling package — a favourite among Tui Hills couples who want everything looking perfect without the rush of setting up themselves.
Our team, working alongside our florists, knows exactly how to style the pavilion so the elements you choose come together seamlessly. Pick from contemporary floral themes, then personalise the space with options like neon signage or elegant glassware details.
Your tables will feature fresh florals in your chosen colour palette, arranged as runners or vase groupings, with a premium runner and coordinated linen for the couple’s table.
For extra interest, you can include vases styled in a Japanese Ikebana-inspired arrangement or create a continuous line of smaller vases for a softer, layered look.
Guidance From Our Experts
Your styling support at Tui Hills is backed by the experience of our venue florists, Meghann Humphries of GoFlowers (pictured) and Torey Stenberg.
Meghann brings decades of professional floristry expertise, known for her fine attention to detail and deep understanding of how to create arrangements that photograph beautifully.
Torey, raised in West Auckland and inspired by the wild foxgloves of her family’s land, adds a nature-aware eye for aesthetics and thoughtful balance. Together, they help shape ceremony and reception styling that feels cohesive, intentional and perfectly suited to the venue.
Tui Hills took all the stress out of having to think about how to style the venue, picking flowers etc. Their wonderful florist decorated the venue beautifully, and was so easy to work with.
We loved the flowers and styling across the ceremony & reception. It was great for it to be provided, as we felt our ceremony was gorgeously styled – without us having to think too hard.

Indoor Styling
Ceremony styling items from the outdoor set-up are used if the wedding needs to be indoors so it doesn’t feel second-best.

Even More Options
To make your special day that much more special, we have a range of items you can hire. Because they’re on-site, you save on delivery cost and the time spent arranging a hire from outside suppliers. These are included in the reception styling package or you can hire them separately.
Neon Selection
These LED neon lights say it all. Choose from:
“Mr & Mrs”, 269mm high x 1122mm wide. Two love hearts linked, 632mm high x 842mm wide.
“‘Til Death” and “Better together”, 320mm high x 1000mm wide.
Glassware
Add some sparkle to your table decorations with our collection of ornamental glassware. There are scores of individual pieces, including fish bowls, lolly jars, hurricane lamps, square vases, tealight holders, and much more. Every item in the set can be used.
Green Wall
This is suitable as a backdrop to the ceremony, for use with the photobooth or neon signs, or as a decoration on its own.
The green wall, made of artificial ivy, is 2 metres by 2 metres. For an extra touch, you can dot flowers amongst the leaves.
Easels & Signs
There are always plenty of signs needed around a venue to point guests in the right direction, explain seating plans, or provide other information.
Use of up to 4 easels – two large, one medium, and one bar-top size, plus our package of signs.
The styling and venue flowers were beautiful, Meghann and the team at Tui Hills did an amazing job. The colours really suited the theme we were going for.
Styling and the style of the venue is lovely. The range of styling props like the neon love letters, aisle flowers and venue seating is very classy and complete the venue’s look.
