Meet The Team
To make organising your wedding as easy as possible, we use a team approach – employing specialists in systems, venue management, and planning, and then hosting the wedding on the day. Whilst it’s common for those duties to be undertaken by just one person – usually the owner – couples have found they have a better, less stressful experience, knowing they’re working with a team of experts with complementary skills. Here are some of the key people.

Venue Manager
Stephanie, or one of her team members, will be the host of your wedding on the day, running the service and liaising with your MC to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Virginia
General Manager
Virginia organises the venue as a whole and makes sure everything is in top condition. She’s also called upon to work out solutions for unusual requests.
Ruth
Venue Owner
With a background in project management, Ruth oversees the systems that make the planning process as easy as possible, with an emphasis on constant improvement.
We loved the bush setting, and the general look of the venue. All of our guests noted that too. We liked the indoor and outdoor options and the ease for how those would work.
Styling was easy – we like simple! Tui’s florist, Meghann from GoFlowers, did a fabulous job of styling the tables and mantlepiece, with a mix of the two themes we picked.
