Create a Wedding Like No Other
Planning your wedding at Tui Hills means creating a celebration that fits naturally into the native-bush surroundings. The venue works best when the day feels relaxed and unforced, flowing from the Nikau Pavilion to the lawn and garden ceremony spaces without the formality you’d expect elsewhere. Our planning support is built around that atmosphere — practical guidance that helps you make the most of the West Auckland setting while keeping the schedule simple and guest-friendly.
Your planning specialist understands how to use the environment to your advantage: the ideal timing for forest-edge photos, how to structure an outdoor ceremony with minimal fuss, and how to keep the day moving even if the weather shifts. The aim is a wedding that feels authentically Kiwi — warm, natural and easy for everyone to enjoy.
Concierge Planning Options
At Tui Hills, planning works best when the guidance matches the relaxed, native-bush setting and helps your day flow naturally between the garden, lawn and pavilion.

Along with the Basic package, you also have one on-site or video meeting soon after booking.
$1,500 Coordinator Free
Your day-of coordinator, also known as your host, spends 14 hours on the wedding day making sure everything goes to plan, whether that’s setting you up in the Tui Suite with a bottle of bubbles, checking that the wedding signs are all in place or the microphone for the celebrant is in working order. If you hired an external event planner, you’d expect to pay $1,500 or more.
Using your timeline and other wedding information as the script, she makes sure all the actors in the romantic wedding production hit their marks and deliver their performances, working alongside your MC to liaise with guests.
Most importantly, the host is your crucial support person on the day. Her number one concern is your needs. She’ll be standing alongside you at the beginning of the bridal path, she’ll make sure your glass is suitably topped up, and give you a hug goodbye at the end of the night.
The team were amazing to deal with throughout the planning process and on the day itself. They were organised, calm and always one step ahead, which meant we could just relax and enjoy ourselves.
We massively appreciated the planning services provided, the team were extremely helpful and almost everything we asked for was able to be catered for which was amazing.
Having the option of them planning your day with you and giving guidance throughout made it so easy. We never thought we’d be the type of people to have a wedding, but we did & it was the best decision.
Tui Hills basically includes a wedding planner as part of their package. Every detail had been discussed prior to the big day and it couldn’t have run smoother.
